Casa del Sole Motel

I spent my birthday weekend here and enjoyed every second of it. I have never been a fan of uppity hotels with stuck up rules. Casa Del Sole Motel is a lot more personal, friendly & devoted towards their customers needs. The owners hospitality was beyond my expectations. I felt like I was at home. Jr suite was clean from bed to kitchen, bathroom & so on. The owners definitely made my birthday memorable. I sure will be staying here again.

We found The Casa del Sol by accident, while traveling up the east coast but what a lucky find. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in early September and loved it. We really wish we had a week so to stay. Very quiet, relaxing, located right in the middle of the beach with all sorts of entertainment located near by. We loved that we were literally in back of the boardwalk and the beach. The kitchenette is set up with the standard items fridge, micro, coffee maker, cups. Everything was clean, clean, clean. Very cool little mid century motel! We did not go in the pool but did lay out in the sun on the spacious sundeck. The owners/operators should be proud of the little paradise they've set up. We will return ASAP!

My family of three stayed on the third floor, which was the best floor. The pool is small but clean. The location is great, less than a block from the boardwalk. Small, clean, updated room. Had a coffee maker, microwave, and small fridge. Patio with patio tables and grill. Perfect for our little family. Nice family motel. The manager, Simon, was so accommodating and a very nice and easygoing man. Thank you for making our visit pleasant!

What this motel lacks size is made up by an outgoing friendly great onsite owner. My stay was excellent. It is close to the rides and beach for the kids and quiet enough for me. The suite we stayed in was updated and clean. Parking is tight but again the owner took care of things.

Place was great. Friendly staff. Room was nice. Different size rooms depending on needs. Good location 200 ft from sand but 1/4 mile from ocean. Its a nice walk but kinda long. So be.prepared when it says 200 ft from beach cause thats not exactly true. 20 ft to the boardwalk then 1/4 mile to ocean. But its nice.

"The New Jersey Shore" is the closest beach that can be considered a resort for us New Yorkers. It's not snobby or pretentious. When you need to get away and enjoy the local, but not place a premium on the residence, take a look at Casa del Sole Motel. It's not fancy but it's clean. The best part is it's location right off the board walk, once you park in there parking spots, you can walk everywhere you would want to. Look you can visit for the day and have to pay to park anyway. Stay at the motel, parking is included, don't rush home, eat at one of the interesting and memorable boardwalk eateries or find a sensational off boardwalk restaurants and make a summer memory. Room was just what I expected for the price. It was clean and comfortable. Right at the boardwalk. I originally thought the refrigerator didn’t work, but then I realized that the temperature was turned down and all I had to do was change the setting. When I needed more toilet paper or towels, I just asked housekeeping in the morning and they gave them to me right away. Simon, the owner, I presume was usually sitting outside the office and he was very nice. I would stay here again.

The room could use some maintenance/updating and the bathroom is small, but it was clean. I had a junior suite which was a good size considering I was always out and only there a night. The owner met all of my requests; he checked me in 40 mins early, gave me a ground room, and helped me park. Parking is very limited with the option of double parking, but the owner was nice to contact the owner of the vehicle behind me so I can back out. I don’t have any complaints, other than the room could be updated but I wasn’t there that long.
